Activities Sports Training If you enjoy swimming, cycling or running then Ferme La Garriguette offers a very personal and tranquil setting for individuals or groups. We have set up the Vineman Triathlon course to create some fun competition.
Peter is a former manager of the Great Britain Triathlon Team and chair of British Triathlon and is happy to give advice on training for any level.
Wine Appreciation There is no better place to enjoy the Southern Rhone wines than in Rasteau. 'Wine un-uncovered' a total experience of local Domaines so that you can have an understanding of wine from the 'ground to the glass'. Half-day guided visits to the vineyards and wineries of different domaines to explain how the different terroir, grape varieties, vine growing and wine making methonds influence the taste of the wine. Food We have 'Tastes of Provence' where you will be taken to the market to buy the produce, to the kitchen to prepare it and then to the table to enjoy your efforts for a leisurely meal... with a glass or two of Rasteau. Painting The light and colour of Provence changed Van Gogh's approach to his painting. As it did for John Dyer and Joanne Short when they first came here in 1998 and they have been coming ever since. If you would like personal tuition with John or Joanne it may change your approach too.
